Premier Food Republic is a well-known Sarawak 24-hour food court brand that has been serving the community since 2011. Starting with its first outlet at Premier 101 in Kuching, the brand has grown to 14 outlets across Sarawak, serving communities in Kuching, Bintulu, Samarahan, Lawas and Bau.
 

Each Premier Food Republic outlet brings together 20–40 food stalls, offering a wide variety of local and international favourites. From Sarawak laksa and kolok mee to nasi lemak, fried chicken, Western dishes, coffee and snacks, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
 

As part of the future development at Mornington @ Matang, a new Premier Food Republic outlet is planned at the middle ground floor of Blocks B and C.
